Here’s what to do next:

  1. Check Your Email – Your free class link is on its way to your inbox. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

  2. Set Up Your Space – Roll out your mat and have a chair close by.

  3. Recommended props

    • Tennis ball or similar (rolled up pair of socks works too)

    • 1 yoga block (a thick book or pillow will do)

    • Yoga strap (towel or scarf will work too)​​​
