As your private yoga teacher, I will meet you exactly where you are and help you figure out what you need most from the practice.

We will work together to create a practice that meets your needs, desires, abilities, and goals through customized yoga sequences, breathing techniques, and relaxation or guided meditation.

How private sessions with me work:

In-home if local to Phoenixville and Chester County, PA and surrounding areas (including Main Line) or virtually.

Sessions are 60 minutes.

Standing appointment time to stay consistent and progress.

I had never taken an actual yoga class. Honestly, I wasn’t sure how I would fair; I had no knowledge of the seemingly complicated discipline, and admittedly my flexibility is a little… very limited.
I did have a desire to learn, but no idea where to begin. I wanted to try yoga in an environment where I felt comfortable and at a pace that I could handle.
