Yoga for Balance + Core Strength Class

I am so glad that you are here!​

This class is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve your balance, no matter your age.

 

Here’s what you will need:

  • A yoga mat and a chair

  • Tennis ball or similar (rolled up pair of socks works too)

  • 1 yoga block (a thick book or pillow will do)

  • Yoga strap (towel or scarf will work)​​

**A little heads up that the video is not super high quality but I believe in the value of the content! One day I hope to re-record this in a brighter, larger space but for now enjoy the toys in the background!
