I have seen my students and clients improve their strength and balance through consistent practice and learning how to move better. Sometimes we just need some help.

This class series is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve your balance, no matter your age.​

​​Why Yoga for Balance and Core?

  • You’re Not Fragile: Age doesn't make you weak. With the right guidance, your body can stay strong and capable. Yoga helps increase your stability and mobility in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Safe, but Challenging: This series is designed to meet you where you are, with exercises that challenge you without pushing too far. We focus on building strength, mobility, and balance in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.

  • Feel Confident in Your Movement: Whether you're working on improving your strength or increasing your range of motion, yoga can help you regain confidence in your body's ability to move.

  • Strengthen Your Balance: In this series, you'll work on the key muscle groups that support stability and coordination—helping to prevent falls and keep you active in your everyday life.​​

  • When: Wednesdays at 1:45pm EST February 5, 12, 19, 26

  • Where: on Zoom

  • Cost: $60

  • Duration: 75 minutes

Class is accessible to those who can move up and down from the floor with relative ease.

Serving Chester County, Montgomery County, and surrounding areas. Due to distance, availability may vary for certain locations--contact to confirm.
